 The last twilit sky of sadness
« Thread Started on Feb 17, 2009, 3:00am »

Thick white cream smears peace on the magenta day,
Emitting its aroma that floats in the quiet cemetery.
My friend’s soul sways in ecstasy,
Gradually being mesmerized into complete unconsciousness.

The whisper of the gentle breeze,
Like the endless chirp of a Blue Jay;
A pleasant tune it sings to the blissful meadow,
Summoning the bees and butterflies

Into the open air
Where lilies and bluebells await to bloom.
Now, here to stay, summer blazes like fireworks
And bury my sad tears deep in the soundless ground.
